What Happens Next
Within the next 24 hours, you'll receive a confirmation email at the address you provided. This email will include:
- Full details of your selected course
- The specific venue location and directions
- Date and time of the session
- What to bring (if anything)
- Payment instructions
Before Your Course
No preparation is required. Come with an open mind and any specific questions you'd like addressed. If you have concerns about particular situations you've encountered, feel free to mention them during the session.
All materials are provided. You don't need to bring notebooks or pens unless you prefer taking personal notes.
Payment Details
Payment information will be included in your confirmation email. We accept bank transfer or card payment. Full payment is required at least 48 hours before your course date.

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the course date receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable but can be transferred to another date subject to availability.
